¿Quieres saber más sobre vinos pero no sabes por dónde empezar?

Los que ya nos conocéis es principalmente por nuestra comida, la variedad de platos, nuestras carnes, las jornadas y temporadas de distintos alimentos de diferentes orígenes, … pero quizá no por nuestra carta de vinos. Contamos con variedades tanto regionales como internacionales, desde el Somontano hasta Chile, pasando por Francia, Portugal y otras Comunidades Autónomas de nuestro país.

Por esto, para potenciar este aspecto de nuestra carta de la manera más interesante e instructiva, hemos puesto en marcha una serie de catas y cenas maridadas en nuestro establecimiento, tanto para principiantes como para los ya entendidos. La primera la celebraremos el sábado 14 de marzo, bajo la idea de Lectura y vino, con la colaboración del sommelier Eloy Liarte y la escritora Leonor Lalanne, de las bodegas Lalanne. Uniremos cata y lectura, con una posterior cena maridada, todo con productos de esta bodega del Somontano.

La siguiente está pensada para el sábado 28 de marzo, con inspiración en el Camino de Santiago. Dirigida por el enólogo Diego Mur de Bodegas Viñas del Vero, recorreremos las comunidades que cruza este histórico trayecto, maridando con platos tradicionales de la casa.

Por último (por ahora), la tercera jornada, bajo el título de Los aromas del vino, el sábado 4 de abril, y de nuevo con Eloy Liarte, estará dedicada a unas variedades tan marcadas como la Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Shiraz y Garnacha, orientando la velada a una cena maridada con tapas y pequeños platos.
